Stronger Than Circumstances: In India, the Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker” Awarded Its PAX TECUM Golden Order to the Founder of an Inclusive Film Festival and Honored an Everest Hero

In Delhi, representatives of the Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker,” Yuri Safronov and Sergey Dvoryanov, took part in an international inclusive film festival. Satish Kapoor, the founder of the festival, received the PAX TECUM Golden Order, while athlete Tinkesh Kaushik, who lost both legs and one arm and reached Everest Base Camp on prosthetic limbs, was awarded the “Talent and Vocation” Medal. The Russian project “TRANCE OPERA GENESIS” was also presented as part of the festival program.

Stronger Than Circumstances
A Russian delegation of the Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker” / PAX TECUM took part in an international inclusive film festival in Delhi dedicated to people with disabilities, their stories, achievements, and their right to live a full and meaningful life.
For the Alliance, participation in the festival became a continuation of one of the most important missions of PAX TECUM — to find and support people whose work and personal example help break social stereotypes, strengthen respect for human dignity, and show that physical limitations do not define the scale of a person.
Satish Kapoor — a man who created a space for others
One of the central figures of the festival was its president and founder, Satish Kapoor.
For many years, he has been developing the international inclusive film festival “We Care for Life,” where cinema becomes a language of social dialogue and a way to change attitudes toward people with disabilities.
It is a space where the focus is not on weakness, but on dignity, talent, strength of character, and the right of every person to be heard.
For his contribution to the development of inclusive culture and his support for people with disabilities, Satish Kapoor was awarded the PAX TECUM Golden Order of the Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker.”
The Order bears the words:
PAX TECUM — PEACE BE WITH YOU.
These words express the very philosophy of the award: recognition of those whose actions help make the world more humane.
Tinkesh Kaushik — stronger than circumstances
A special place in the program was given to the story of athlete Tinkesh Kaushik.
As a child, he lost three limbs — both legs and one arm. Yet these extremely difficult circumstances did not make him give up an active life.
He chose sport, movement, and constant self-overcoming.
One of his best-known achievements was reaching Everest Base Camp on prosthetic limbs.
The story of Tinkesh Kaushik is not a story of pity.
It is a story of respect.
It is the story of a man who did not allow circumstances to determine the limits of his life.
For his courage, sporting achievements, strength of spirit, and ability to inspire others, Tinkesh Kaushik was awarded the PAX TECUM “TALENT AND VOCATION” Medal of the Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker.”
Peace be with you — people of courage.
“TRANCE OPERA GENESIS” — a film of our millennium
An important part of the festival program was the screening of the film “TRANCE OPERA GENESIS.”
The film explores the ecology of planet Earth and the idea that humanity, nature, and the surrounding world are deeply interconnected.
The project was produced by i-Free. Its founder and creator is Vladimir Kidrinsky, while one of its key protagonists is MYSTIC PAPIZH, a performer known for his unique vocal art.
The film was presented by the Russian delegation of the Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker” and received a strong response from festival organizers and participants.
As a result of its international festival presentations, “TRANCE OPERA GENESIS” and its creators received two awards at two festivals.
For the project, this became an important form of international recognition. But even more important was that the film reached an audience for whom the themes of human dignity, resilience, responsibility, and overcoming adversity carry particular meaning.
PAX TECUM — seeing the person
The Worldwide Charitable Alliance “Peacemaker” was represented in the international program by Yuri Evgenievich Safronov and Sergey Dvoryanov, who took part in the festival and presented the PAX TECUM awards.
For the Alliance, events like this carry a special meaning.
PAX TECUM awards do not exist for the sake of ceremony alone.
Their purpose is to recognize people whose lives and work become an example to others.
Satish Kapoor created a space where the stories of people with disabilities can be heard.
Tinkesh Kaushik proved through his own life that human potential is far greater than physical limitations.
“TRANCE OPERA GENESIS” demonstrates how art can speak about humanity, nature, and the world in a universal language.
All these stories are united by one idea:
to see the person.
Not the limitations.
Not the status.
Not the circumstances they had to overcome.
But their strength.
Their talent.
Their dignity.
Their desire to live and their ability to inspire others.
PAX TECUM.
PEACE BE WITH YOU.
