VI INTERNATIONAL CRIMEAN PEACE FORUM

On October 1, 2019, the VI  International Crimean Peace Forum will take place at the Livadia and Massandra palaces. Within the framework of the event the Peace Prize will be awarded. The gathering will bring together on one platform outstanding personalities, public figures, politicians, distinguished theatre and film actors, renowned musicians, businesspeople, athletes and scholars, with the aim of building «bridges of friendship» that will strengthen spiritual, cultural, economic and political ties among peoples. A distinctive feature of the forum this season will be the celebration of the birthday of the Sevastopol motorcycle club «HIDALGO MC».

 The organizer of the event is the «World Charitable Foundation for Support, Development and Promotion of the Ideas of Peace», headed by the Secretary General of the Alliance, Yuri Evgenievich Safronov. The event is held with the support of the Most Group of Companies.

In 2019 the Peace Prize was awarded to:

• Roman Viktorovich Vasilenko, Russian businessman, economist. Doctor of Economic    Sciences, business trainer,    creator of  several economic programmes;
• Tatyana Nikolaevna Klyueva, Soviet actress who became famous in the role of Barbara the Fair in Aleksandr Rou's fairy-tale film «Barbara the Fair with the Long Hair». This year the film marks its 50th anniversary;
• Aleksandr Sergeyevich Zaldostanov (also known as «The Surgeon»), president of the Russian Association of Bikers, founder and leader of Russia's oldest biker club «Night Wolves», was awarded the prize «PAX TECUM» — peace be with you.

Other personalities of significance to the country will also be honoured, whose presence is at present being agreed, or is not subject to disclosure. 

The forum has existed since 2014;  over this time the Peace Prize has been awarded to: UNESCO and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors, world-famous actors, directors, musicians, athletes, as well as governors, members of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representatives of international humanitarian and charitable organizations, of Russian and international business, ambassadors of foreign states, and public figures. Recognition was given to the work of: Elizaveta Glinka, head of the «Fair Help» foundation; Johan Bäckman, human-rights defender (Finland); Petr Hromják, conductor of the national orchestra (Czech Republic); and  many  other authoritative figures. 

Forum programme in 2019

Livadia Palace (13.00 – 14.00): 

• laying of flowers at the monument to Alexander III together with a column of bikers of the motorcycle club «Night Wolves»
• recording of presence in the book of honourable guests of Livadia Palace

"MARCH OF PEACE" (14.00 - 15.00)

• together with a cortege of bikers proceed    to Massandra Palace in the column "March of Peace"

Massandra Palace (15.00 – 17.00): 

• red carpet
• awarding of the forum laureates with the Peace Prize

«Villa Elena» (18.30. – 23.00)

• informal conclusion of the VI Crimean Peace Forum at the restaurant of the hotel complex «Villa Elena»
• performances by popular artists of the Russian stage, DJs, figures of culture, science, art and business

–an easy atmosphere, a friendly mood and a light buffet will adorn the conclusion of the forum
